1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration

3 Account Verification

fd77 may request relevant documents at any time to verify a user's identity and age. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete.

• A copy of a national ID card, passport or birth registration certificate may be requested.
• Additional documents may be requested to prove ownership of the payment method.
• Submitting incorrect or expired documents will result in the verification process being cancelled.
• Information collected by fd77 for verification purposes is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fd77 are handled entirely through mobile banking. The currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).
• Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account within a short time.
• The registered mobile number or account must be used when making a deposit.
• Deposits from another person's mobile banking account are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the method used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

fd77 offers various bonus offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500 making the total balance ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not cash — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
• No other bonus may be claimed while one bonus is active.
• fd77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected while using it.
• Each bonus offer may have a set expiry period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry.
• Bonuses are available only to registered adult users.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on fd77 — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games — each have their own rules. In all games, outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer method.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, fd77 reserves the right to cancel the bet for that round and return the balance.
• An incorrect winning amount displayed due to a software or system error will not be considered the actual prize.
• Any attempt to deliberately exploit system vulnerabilities will result in the account being closed immediately.

6.2 Sports Betting

• If the market odds change after a bet is confirmed, the bet will be settled at the originally confirmed odds.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to fd77's decision.
• If one selection in a multi bet is voided, the result of the entire combination will be recalculated.
• If there is a dispute about the outcome of a bet, the support team must be notified within 72 hours of the result being published.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

fd77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account during an investigation for any of the reasons described below.

• Registering with false information or submitting false documents during verification.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour towards other users or fd77 staff.
• Failure to pass age verification.

In the event of account closure, any balance not connected to unlawful activity will be returned, though this process may be delayed during an investigation.

8 Responsibility and Limitations

fd77 takes responsible gaming seriously. fd77 is not financially liable for the outcomes of bets or games made at the user's own discretion.

• Gaming is a form of entertainment — there is no guarantee of recovering money that has been lost.
• fd77 will not be responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection or device problems.
• fd77 is not responsible for payment delays caused by disruption to third-party services (mobile banking).
• If compulsive or addictive behaviour is identified, fd77 may voluntarily restrict services.
